• BYDA acknowledges that this social media giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or Visa. This competition is hosted solely by BYDA. 
• The campaign will run from when the post goes live on the 7th of December 2023 to midday Monday 18 December 2023 AEST. 
• BYDA may amend the close date of this competition at any time.
• The winner will be determined by most likes and will be notified via a tagged comment on the giveaway post. The entrant must then direct message us with their details to ensure they receive the prize. 
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Australia. 
• The prize consists of a 1x $50 Visa Gift Voucher. 
• BYDA employees can contribute to the post but will not be considered for the draw. 
• The cost of the delivery of the voucher is the responsibility of BYDA. 
• You must provide BYDA with a valid Australian delivery address, or the prize will go to another winning draw. 
• BYDA will post the voucher once the delivery address is confirmed. 
• BYDA will not accept any offensive material on any of its social channels and will remove such followers from the account.  
• BYDA will NOT be held responsible for any damages or injury suffered as a result of contributing to this competition.
